Lead Quality Guarantee
Our leads are guaranteed to be live, fresh and responsive and will include a contact name, correct phone number and valid email address.
Our lead guarantee covers the following situations where Leads2Sales will refund the cost of a purchased sales lead back to your account:
1) We credit 100% of the lead cost in the event that a lead is incorrect, incomplete or bogus.
2) We credit back 85% of the lead cost back where it turns out you are already in negotiations with the
prospect for the same opportunity. Please note, this must be proven and will be verified, as this could
potentiall be abused. Please read our 'existing prospect' policy.
Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours via our lead feedback form (requires login ). Once your claim is verified, you will receive a credit into your account for the cost of that lead.
Please note: If the above two criteria do not apply, but you still believe you have a good reason to request a replacement or refund, please complete our lead feedback form and provide details. We may contact you for further clarification and will consider on a case by case basis.
The aim of our credit policy is to provide a fair and reasonable guarantee that our leads will be of high quality and value and provide new selling opportunities. We know that in order for us to continue our business, you need to be happy with our leads and derive great value from them. However, to avoid potential abuse of our guarantee policy, we hope you respect our 'rules of engagement.'
